・$45 の場合：45 × 2 ＝ 90 → ゼロを消して「9」 → $45 ＋ 9 ＝ $54
・$65 の場合：65 × 2 ＝ 130 → ゼロを消して「13」 → $65 ＋ 13 ＝ $78
※$47などの場合は、$45($54) ＋ 端数$2(1倍) ＝ $56 と分解して計算できます。
